Reservation confirmation
The validity of the reservation, to all intents and purposes, is subject to the payment of the deposit which can be made by bank transfer to the data that will be provided to you by e-mail.
I arrive
On the day of arrival, the rooms will be at your disposal from 13.00.
If you arrive after 20.00, please notify us.
In case of late arrival we will be forced to charge you 100% of the price of the entire booked period.
Departure
On the day of your departure, please vacate the rooms by 10.00.
Early departure: in case of early departure we will be forced to charge you 100% of the price of the entire booked period.
Payment
We accept cash, credit card or debit card (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, ED card). Checks are not accepted.
Cancellation / Cancellation
Reservations can only be canceled in writing. For cancellations up to 40 days before the scheduled arrival day, the deposit will be returned.
In general, the EU regulations apply for canceling hotel stays and travel. If you have to cancel a hotel stay or start the stay late or interrupt it early, you will be invoiced for the hotel accommodation for the entire booked period or respectively the deposit paid will be withheld. The international cancellation conditions apply. (competent court: Trento)
According to the law, the entire structure is a non-smoking area.
The specified reductions are for children sharing a room with two paying adults and for a minimum stay of 4 days.
Animals
We accept our animal friends, only on request, of small size. However, we hope for your understanding if they will not be allowed to enter the restaurant and the Wellness Center. We also inform you that any damage to things and/or people is the responsibility of our animal friend's owner.
Internet
The whole structure is covered by free WIFI internet.
